I dedicated my life to the culinary arts, and I have brought over three decades of hands-on experience, leadership, and a passion for great food to every kitchen I’ve been a part of. My journey began at the young age of 15, washing dishes at Sweetwater Country Club in Florida. Through hard work and determination, I climbed the ranks over the next decade, ultimately earning the role of Sous Chef. Seeking new challenges, I relocated to Kentucky and became Sous Chef at the prestigious Metropolitan Club, a private social club in Northern Kentucky. After nine successful years there, I transitioned into a leadership role outside the kitchen, taking on the position of Area Manager for Food Brand, a restaurant management company. Over the next 14 years, I oversaw operations for seven restaurants at the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati Airport, honing my skills in multi-unit management and operational excellence.
In 2005, I returned to Florida and joined Village on the Green as Lead Cook. My leadership and culinary expertise helped elevate the community’s dining experience, ultimately leading to my position as Executive Chef. When Thomas Cuisine took over culinary management in 2018, and later Unidine in 2023, I remained a vital part of the team, continuing to lead with dedication, experience, and a deep love for the craft.
