Setup
Help with venue setup, decor, and staging before doors open.
4:00 – 7:00 PM
Registration
Check guests in, hand out materials, and staff the registration table.
4:00 – 7:00 PM
Auction
Support the silent auction table and help guests with bidding.
4:00 – 7:00 PM
General Volunteers
Lend a hand wherever it's needed throughout the evening.
4:30 – 7:00 PM
Welcome Team
Greet guests as they arrive and help create a warm first impression.
7:00 – 8:00 PM
Cleanup
Help break down and pack up after the event wraps.
Setup and cleanup volunteers are also welcome to buy a ticket and enjoy the event — those shifts don't conflict with attending.
